The 2017 renovation of this spectacular See Forever penthouse included modernization of kitchen, dining, living rooms, and all bathrooms and closets. New amenities included energy efficient LED lighting throughout, sleek modern cabinetry, and professional kitchen appliances, perfectly integrated to complement the stone and timber theme of the existing unit. Hensen worked closely with the Owners Florida based design team to coordinate and complete the project on time for the holiday vacation season.
Hensen Construction performed a design-build renovation on a 100+ year old historic house in Telluride. Newly remodeled inside and out this home is traditionally historic on the outside and modern, artsy and cozy on the inside. Complete with warm walnut flooring, custom woodwork and finishes throughout and an open concept for entertaining with family and friends. This renovation transformed the original 1100 sq ft home into a 2400 sq ft home by lifting the house and adding a full basement and loft in the vaulted ceiling. .
